Anonymous Coward (OP) User ID: 9444111 United States 08/10/2022 01:18 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | I'd like to add that before kids, I ran ALOT. More so than any weights. I had curves but was skinny and I don't wanna be skinny again. I gained weight for sure but Ive always gained in the right places so now I'm curvier than ever and my husband loves it, but I just wanna tighten up. I don't wanna get skinny again, just fit. Although I do want to lose a few pounds. I actually love my post baby body alot more . I have more muscle now and my stomach doesn't look like I had 4. I'm excited to see how my body will transform with time. Alcohol is such a black hole. 2 weeks doesn't seem like long but I've been a functioning binge drinker for yearssss now and I'm tired of the way it sucks me dry. |

Walk 10 mins on treadmills x 3, 5 days a week. Shoot for 12K steps or step equivalents per day. I mix it up with soccer agility drills, handball, tennis, and I have a farm with three market gardens and about 100 chickens and four goats. Working out is so ingrained in me, I'll probably die working out or making love to my wife. Or, some mid-40s facsimile if she kicks before the leads gone from my pencil. |

User ID: 83890339 Canada 08/10/2022 01:46 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | I worked out twice everyday before I had my kids. I stopped working out and started binge drinking. 4 kids later I decided it was time for a change and needed myself back. The one thing that makes a girl truly happy is the high you get after a good workout. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 9444111 I stopped drinking a couple weeks ago and have been working out 5 days a week. I do 35-40 minutes of working out in the workout room we have (I work on every part of my body I do not do "leg days" and what not) and then I go for a run in my driveway. It's a long country Driveway so it's a good run. I cook most all of my meals and drink alot of water so that's there. When can I expect to see results? My health already feels so much better and it feels amazing to have my routine back! Wonderful, keep it up! I'm only doing a mile for now a time but considering I haven't had a consistent routine in years and I quit drinking aswell everything I do is as definitely adding up. That's awesome how much you run though! |

I really over worked the last few days the temps got under 100, more than just keeping things watered and alive, before the temp rise again tomorrow. |
