If the issue is valuations for loans, the bank lending the money has appraisers do appraisals to determine the value. If it is real estate assessment for property tax purposes, the county assessor is the entity that determines the value. Don’t think that Ms. James has a leg to stand on.

Every single person that was subpoenaed to testify in front of the J6 committee should have taken the 5th. They have no way of knowing if the DOJ will turn around and indict them for what they said. You can go from a person of interest to a target in the blink of an eye.

I've been on the business end of the DOJ and it's one of the scariest things someone can ever go through. They have unlimited resources to make your life a nightmare.

If you are ever asked to answer questions from LEO, SHUT THE F UP and ask to speak to your attorney. That's all you should ever say.
