Some solid advice in here but I would mainly use human high grade clay which is neg charged and will draw the pos charged foreign shit out through the pores. Get it in 5 lb bag. Infrared sauna,high colonics. Go to health spa and get the infrared and colonic right there. Soak in the tub at home. Clean the diet and depending on your age/shape in 1-3 Mo you will be toxin free.
