At first sign of chest-pains munch some aspirin, chug some water and drive yourself to A&E is my non-medical advice.

Its possible, they may be military nurses and doctors who are put in police uniform.

Military in countries like uk, will alot of times spend time working in police to help out.

So its possible military medical people may be doing this dressed as police in certain places.

You may be right but living in the UK for my whole life I've never seen anything to suggest this happens

It would be fairly obvious if the police were clearly not police at all but people dressed as police in costumes. A bit like the mobs that would turn up at all the freedom protests last year and the year before in London... they were very clearly not regular police, but wore their costumes.

Nice try to fuck the thread up. Another one spotted here, fucking shills, disruptors, bots, 77th... which are you?

Re: U.K. - NHS is sending POLICE officers to heart attack callouts due to paramedic shortages
My wife is gravely ill, I have at least one A&E (ER) visit a week.

I've noticed a lot of younger Eastern European people there and there doesn't really appear to be anything wrong with them. It's hardly an emergency when you can sit with your friends eating McDonalds.
Another common visitor are fit middle aged men. Their smartwatch has alarmed because their pulse went over 130. Now they think their about to have a heart attack any second.

Occasionally I have to call for a paramedic from home, every single time they have arrived within 15 minutes of calling.

Overall the care is excellent, just very inefficient.

At my local hospital a typical visit is:

00:00 Arrive, answer COVID questions and get temperature checked for fever.
00:10 Wait and book in with reception.
01:00 Triage nurse does basic checks, BP, 02, pulse and takes some details of your problem.
01:30 Full bloods taken and ECG done.
02:30 See a doctor.
03:00 Maybe receive some medication. Other tests such a chest x-ray will be done around this time.
3:30 Test results should be back by now.
4:30 See a doctor, either to be admitted and sent to a ward. Or discharged with a plan of action.

Sometimes, it can be less than 3 hours at worst it's 8 hours.

Where in the UK are you?

I can tell you dozens of cases where people around me have been left to suffer and come to harm because of the state of the alleged "free state medical care" in this country. Kids suffering breathing problems - left to wait 6 hours for an ambulance, then the same and more in A&E, my friends parent who was having a stroke realtime and was told the ambulance would be 8 hours, my other friend who was suffering from a suspected heart problem - same story, 6 hours for an ambulance, then 2 hours waiting outside the hospital, then another 3 hours waiting to be seen in A&E.

Oh and the time I happened across a young lad in serious trouble who had just been knocked off his bicycle - 999 told me 6 hours for an ambulance and that we should be grateful as there are so many people waiting for one that were unconscious. I mean seriously the whole thing is absolutely broken.

So lucky for you in your bubble of amazing UK government provided healthcare.

I’d like the NHS to explain: allowing positive covid tests to diagnose infectious covid when it’s own documents state that a positive result means no such thing, the removal of patient advocates by banning family from alleged covid patients and using a known respiration suppressant drug on its elderly patients and did not even bother to validate china’s claim of a new virus by isolation and purification of an alleged virus.

I'm in the East Midlands.

I know there was a huge problem a while ago with ambulances not being able to drop patients off. Tying up the ambulance and crew for hours.

My niece works in a 999 (911) call centre and she's told me some horror stories.

Millions upon millions were promised that if they just locked themselves in their houses, allowed many of us to be called nonessential, covered the only holes in the body necessary for breathing, took multiple injections of an unknown and untested big pharma product, supported forcing their neighbours small businesses to close whilst the global conglomerates were allowed to continue operation, and participate in a campaign of snitching on their neighbours and accusing falsely their neighbours who refused and called out the covid narrative that they’d save the nhs and it would be there for them in their time of need.

‘Officers in armed response vehicles, who are trained in first aid and defibrillators, are being pulled away from tackling crime to to mental health crises and transport cardiac arrest patients to A&E.

Mr Barclay called for bold decisions on staffing to be made now, before Rishi Sunak or Liz Truss are appointed as Prime Minister next month, or it will be 'too late' to save struggling hospitals.

The NHS crisis has seen the backlog for routine hospital treatment soar to a record 6.6million and A&E performance plunge to a record low — with more than 700,000 Britons waiting more than 12 hours so far this year.

There have also been record ambulance response and handover waits. ‘
