Don’t know how to explain it… I felt like I was skinned alive … and still have that feeling… my husband was my first boyfriend, my first love, my first and only man in my life … still hurts… I think the pain will stay with me forever… don’t think I will trust a man again… better to stay alone.

A whole hell of a lot of cheating going on. Just check out Grindr. Go ahead and download the app and turn on location services and see how many “married men” heterosexuals, have profiles, looking for that quickie with another man...glory hole, bottom, top, they advertise they are “married” to get the point across they are not looking for relationships..... there are so many lying, cheating, addicts now, that have no integrity. Gay cruising is a big activity these guys do also. It’s a big game. Search your local area for the gay cruising locations......the prioritized list will come back.....Safeway bathroom, laundromat, rest stop glory hole, frick and fracks....... etc etc. they use objects to indicate their interest. Doing it behind their partner’s back is half the thrill. The lies and deception is the problem here....... no one has the right to steal someone else’s life....built on the back of someone else’s lies...... if there are lying cheaters reading this,..... have some goddamn integrity and speak truth...... lies and deception are 1000 times worse than the actual act.......you fuck other people up. Get some help... get off the junk or testosterone, have integrity......

7 years of loyalty and I was cheated on and left with the kids. He married the girl after getting her pregnant. They're divorced now, it lasted 2 years. He's now on wife #4. We've only been divorced since 2017

If that's the kind of relationship you want, you should set out for that in the beginning.

Most people want monogamy, but in most dating cases the relationship isn't exclusive. That's an expectation.

The idea of being wanted, desirable, is a self esteem thing.

I wouldn't cheat in relationship I was serious about. I did have a purely sexual fling with a married woman at work.

I've never cheated but I have been cheated on. Which sucks until I stopped caring as I realized I couldn't control what he does. I raised hell, but he is still involved emotionally with this person, whom he knew before he knew me and I try to ignore it as she is on the other side of the country. I do wonder occasionally if he'd rather be with her, but....I'm a better catch on the whole. I'm thinking of leaving him next year frankly. Women plan these things.

My dear if yours is a sincere post? You truly need a friend because I can tell you haven't a single one.

Ya know....you can be single....or you can be married....but you can't be both.

It does hurt to read someone's email or text messages and see the endearments and things they don't say to you, or giving them gifts they don't give to you. To wonder if you're really number 1 or just the fall back plan....I don't get it, I've never been that way.

Fortunately I have a cold streak, when I get really pissed, I turn off at some basic level and just wait to strike. Must be the Scorpio in me.

LOL, you might be right, but I don't think of myself as lonely or insecure. Actually pretty much the opposite. I just realize I can't do anything with him. I caught him on a dating app once and raised hell over that. Forgave him, moved on. Next thing I caught him texting/emailing an old girlfriend from years ago....I think she was the one he really loved. I found out recently that he's still doing it. I don't look for these things, but they do pop up so people who cheat should realize....we DO find out eventually.

I have serious health issues and am waiting for some money to come into me so that I will have the freedom to move on. Or at least the choice. I haven't really had that for a while as I've been unable to work so......I have to put up with things.

As for friends....I've seen some real cheaters in that bunch in the past few years and it's turned my stomach. I can't stand unfairness and so many of my female friends seem to think it's fine to treat a man like shit. I...don't. But it hasn't done me much good because I've had some men treat me like shit. Maybe that's just life. I'm hopeful for the future though.

I've been hit on by women and men since I was about 17 years old...(been married twice, divorced the physical/drug abuser 1st, widowed to the 2nd) anyone hitting on me just grosses me out.
