If China/Russia attacks the US militarily, how would they do it?

Nukes are quickly traceable to the country of origin. (or so I am told). They can tell from the blast and the radiation signature supposedly.

The objective would be to take and secure the physical US intact. So no Yellowstone Super volcano. And nothing that causes lots of radioactive fallout. Air bursts would minimize fallout.

It all depends on the true order of the world.

If all nations are just following a script, under the control of the WEF or UN or Illuminati or Satan, then the motivation would just be that they're following the script. The script is there for psyop purposes to control the beliefs of the masses and maybe for rituals/goals that their cult believes in. Under those circumstances, I'd say the motivations would be:
1) Extermination of Christianity
2) Massive depopulation of earth
---2A) For planet's health
---2B) To solve the problem of having a huge number of useless people. Once AI, robotics and automation in general render human workers pretty much obsolete, the elites won't want to keep feeding a world full of consumers and polluters. If the elites kill most people off at the dawn of that 4th industrial revolution era, then they won't have to worry about future revolts, ongoing depletion of resources and increases in pollution.
3) Greater consolidation of power w/ less principled opposition
4) Fulfillment of whatever goals their death cult has, so they can reap the rewards in the afterlife (whatever those rewards may be)

If Russia or China aren't following a script, and the true order of the world is just nations looking out for their own interests, occasionally allying themselves to protect their interests, then:
China:
1) They need land, food and women, or else they'll have to seriously cull a large portion of their 1.4 billion people. Why women? Their one child policy made it so people would often abort their baby if it was a female, because they're obsessed with having male children. It's a sausage fest over there, with a lot of dudes having no hope of finding a Chinese wife. The poor, unsuccessful men (most likely in the military) will settle for foreign women they take. Also, war would help reduce the size of their population, so it's a win-win.
2) They don't like playing second fiddle to the US. They also don't like the threats of war the US constantly presents.
3) Political differences of US vs the CCP. Their population is already difficult to manage, given its size. They rule with an iron fist. Democratic thinking a policies are always a threat to the CCP, as it could destabilize their population and cause the CCP to lose control.

Russia:
1) They don't like playing second fiddle to the US. They also don't like the threats of war the US constantly presents.
2) They want to have all the nice things the US has had since WWII, in terms of hegemony, wealth and ease of life.
3) I don't know. I'm sure there are other reasons too. They'd probably want our land for farming, mining, and better climates.

Lastly, perhaps part of the world (the West) is following a script, but China or Russia have been left out. Perhaps they don't like the goals of the script-followers and feel their very existence is threatened by that script.

Those are just a few reasons. There are probably tons of other reasons why Russia or China would want to go to war with the US.
