Following severe trauma, the brain undergoes rapid biochemical, hormonal, and structural network remodeling (9), and these processes may manifest as agitated behaviors. The burnt skin shows severe changes after a few minutes unless it’s a stage 4 or 5 when the skin and body part is actually burnt completely which can appear charred or actually missing. Burns spread from the fat layer up as evidenced by blistering and fissures. When someone is burned you place sheeting with IV fluid on it to make a barrier for the skin. The damaged skin no longer protects the body. The skin helps keep you from dehydration, infection and regulates your body temperature. Damaged skin causes severe changes in blood/body chemistry, temperature and is a huge portal to infectious agents. It’s almost impossible to start an IV on burnt skin. You have to cut down to the veins on an area not burned as the burnt skin slides off like a burnt marshmallow. They were probably going to start IV in ambulance where they could perform vein cut down in a better, cleaner environment. Putting an O2 mask can pull the skin and ears off the face. Usually will need intubation for o2 control. The body begins swelling as it sends fluid to the surface to protect and cool the burnt areas. The biggest part of severe burns is replacing copious amounts of fluids, making a sterile protective barrier and pain control. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 83696309 As another medical professional I can tell you that you dont remove the clothes of a burn victim until they are in a sterile place, and it binds to skin where the burns are. Yet she is completely naked, which leads me to believe she didn't have any major burns. She also went directly for the leg straps on the gurney showing good cognitive function. |

Anonymous Coward User ID: 79863586 United States 08/12/2022 02:16 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Come on!!!!! Those guys are NOT paramedics! She's a mind-control victim! Are Americans THAT stupid??? So... she dove straight into a house at 90mph without breaking, and the car was full of liquor bottles. Car burst into flames from a front end crash, and then we see "firefighters" treating her without a single paramedic in site. She burst back awake, and immediately goes for the leg straps and nobody stops to help her, they just push her back down, and all look around as if they just stole something. This is a clear set up to kill this woman. Her car was probably remote controlled on that last 100 yards, and rigged to blow on impact. I would love to know who has custody of that vehicle right now. Because there's still plenty of covering up to do, and whomever planned this one clearly isnt very bright. She was inside the burning car for over 30 minutes according to neighbor witnesses, there is no way fire fighters would usurp the paramedics, and those were not paramedics, it’s was not normal. As was the very forceful push back down into the stretcher, she was clearly in a panic state, a paramedic would not do such a forceful push on a burn victim, they would gently immobilize her. |

Anonymous Coward User ID: 83977016 08/12/2022 10:03 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Weird ! Why would you wrap someone alive like that ? Quoting: Doc McBaffled It looks like she was trying to flee. If she was a burn victim they are trying to keep her sterile to prevent infection - pretty common to wrap burn victims in blankets to protect their skin. And asphyxiating the victim inside a sealed shut bag is part of your medical procedures in America???? No wonder California is getting burned to the ground every single day. Your firefighters are plain dumb, although I'm 100% those fellas are no firefighters. How'd ya see her then??? Huh? Huh? Do tell, do tell!! |

They put the sheet over her to protect her from infection. She was under the influence and probably pumped full of adrenaline from the car accident. Burned where? She looks perfectly fine in that video. I see no burns. I see no burns either, and no paramedics. This is definitely fishy! Not to mention the fact she stopped at a wig store before this happened. It’s very easy to blame it on her mental health. I’m not buying into this one! |
