LOL That's a bunch of BS. They're just trying to come up with SOMETHING to explain the torture since it's affecting 100's of thousands of people worldwide. It's not rocket science. They've been doing voice to skull for decades. There are military patents on the technology. It's that simple and the oldest trick in the book. They can, at any time, dial up our fucking brains like a cell phone and send images, voices and false memories. The number of TI's increases everyday and eventually will be all of us. The only crimp in the plan to infect us all with V2K is logistics and the fact that there are BILLIONS of people...but they'll get there. It's insidious. Science fiction is not fiction.

Just search military patents for mind control. It's all there. Read up. If you have to prove the plausibility that the military and the government has technology that can get into our brains after noting the technology that we are already privy to, then whoever you are trying to prove it to is too far gone and likely already mind-controlled themselves.

Start reading about Havana Syndrome where the government OPENLY ADMITS that it was done. They just won't admit to who did it. We did.

No, that's not it. I think you're trying to tie in something in a science journal with alien psychics doing voices in people's heads and you're trying to connect the dots when there are no dots to connect. There's no breadcrumbs leading to the UFO. There's no footprints or wire connections to trace back to the spaceship. The "targeted individual" business is like the friggin Outer Limits. But for some reason people want to somehow tie the dots to try and show that it's the government or something, when the dots aren't there, and the dots aren't there INTENTIONALLY.

The Havana Syndrome is a WEIRD case. I mean, for one, it's across multiple countries. For two, people even have symptoms on the White House grounds sometimes. For three, there's like some sort of physical van or something associated with it. So, it's unlikely to be the US. It can't be the aliens because there would be too many ways to catch them in the act, and they don't leave physical traces like that all over the place. It's deceptive because it sounds like the "Targeted Individual" stuff, but it clearly couldn't be since it's a one trick pony type of thing. It's not like an alien psychic that latches onto your mind and tortures you endlessly anywhere in the world with an infinite repertoire at its disposal. It's instead a physical device that has to be in proximity and directed at the target. My bet would be that it would be like Russia or China or some type of adversary like that.

And what do the social engineers and scientists who study human behavior have to say about an increase in the population hearing voices in their head?
