What would be a Powerful Problem Solving Framework?

Why do problems need solving? The human element is sure to intrude at which point it stops being about solving problems at all.

1) Don't reinvent the wheel. Check pre-existent answers on Quora and other sites.

2) Don't be too proud or lazy to google the basics.

3) On Google and Yandex you have the sum total of human knowledge for 10,00 years. Use it.

4) Big data is good, big knowledge is better, big wisdom is good too.

5) Leadership comes from CLEAR, CONCISE, DOCUMENTATION. We don't know the faces of who wrote the Bible and the Tao De Ching-a-Ling, but their words resonate through the ages til now.

6) Put your problem through Multiple Frameworks, and see what answers you come out with.

7) Keep, careful, plodding notes, in a beautiful font, with a pretty background.

8) Be like a flexible laser.

9) Your personality is the sum total of the 5 people you hang out with. Your dreams are the sum total of the last 5 videos you watched.

10) Know when you're being a generalist, and when you're being a specialist.

11) Accept that you are blind, drunken, morose, stumbling, in a clown mask. Enjoy it.

Make a spectacle for the Gods and Stars.

12) Sincerity is one of the most powerful forces in the universe. Faith can move mountains, Sincerity can shatter them.

Kowtowing is required for cutting political deals. Sincerity ends there, unfortunately.

The physical world is built by programmers and engineers.

Don't worry about a world-changing project, do one powerful, effective experiment, and leave docs so others can scale it.

An innovators job is to build:

- One school.
- One cigar box guitar.
- One clay water filter.

After that, you can try and market your idea...

If the world doesn't listen, do something else.

Don't ask politicians for permission, just get building. Everything you see around you was built by hard-working men and women, most likely in less than ideal political climates.

None of it matters if you are being paid, too. But you might as well do something that fires your blood.

Do something of value, and funds will (slowly, over 5 years) come.

You can trace all mistakes to your previous decisions and actions. Tbus, you are the author...creator...of your problems.

You are also the archetect of each problems solution. YOU.

Most if not all plays out in your head. No one else hears...or cares.

Days...weeks months years. Different problems, different "solutions", different results.

We use frameworks for everything.

Cleaning the house has a framework.
Showering has a framework.
Jobhuting, dating, cooking, learning a language.

All of these need frameworks.

Lets the techies play their games.

Roughly 10-20% of the tech world are jedis who want to use their skills to improve the world.

Ignore the rest of them.

You only need 1-3 coders to build a prototype.

A politician needs to convince hundreds, or millions of people to achieve his dream. An engineer only needs 2-3 at first...

You should be able to shoulder most of the work yourself.
