Whats stopping the rest of the world from puppeting US to invade independent countries?

You can bet this kind of law will be used against the people it's supposed to protect.

The right way to read a law is to look at the title.

Assume what's inside is the REVERSE, an inversion of what it's called.

Examples:

-Bank Secrecy Act - You'd think this protects a customer's privacy at a bank but you would be wrong. It protects the banking monopoly.

-Patriot Act - will be used against patriots.
