Any wage increases are wiped out by price increases and inflation. low unemployment not because people got jobs, many are still living on handouts I know I'm living on them still right now.

Where I'm at it's like somebody flipped a switch.

A few weeks ago you could pick any parking space at the store walk right in the front door. Go in any checkout line. No waiting. Roads pretty clear, hardly any waiting at traffic lights. Very pleasant to be out and about.

THEN - Gas dropped $1 and all he!! breaks loose. Roads jam packed, stores packed, restaurants packed. Complete madhouse.

This all in the space of 2 weeks.

And also with the state increasing utility rates a whopping 16% and now asking for another 8% increase on top of that making everyone's electric bills hundreds of dollars higher.

Where did all the money suddenly come from? How can eveyone be out spending and driving? It's the weirdest thing I've ever seen.

Gas prices are still extremely high even after Ole' Joe lowered after they shot right after he got "elected." Payrolls increased because employers are raising wages not because there are necessarily more "jobs." And what about all the illegal aliens being paid in case? How do they count that?

What I am seeing is some pretty elderly people (mostly women) working fast food jobs. When Social Security fails to keep up with TRUE inflation, unpleasant choices have to be made. You can only sacrifice so much.

Have you seen the prices of food, electricity and fuel? I'm not sure which rock you just crawled out from, but we are worse off - not better.

They can post all the numbers they want but I'm spending more with less since taxes went up too!

If you actually read the jobs numbers, its not good news. The number of people working actually decreased, while the number of people working MULTIPLE FULL TIME and part time jobs skyrocketed.

Under President Trump gas was $2 per gallon and a pound of ground beef was $2.99.

There is much off with this, people who have jobs are now about dry. They have used up their cards, their saving, their house equity, and all other funds, the amount these people owe adds up to over 16 trillion dollars. This tells me something isn't right about these jobs. Most people did not get help during the pandemic, and some people lost a lot during this time, small businesses closed right and left and these are the biggest employers in America. These numbers don't jive.
