I think it is possible to prove that we live inside a simulation.

It works with two assumptions:
1. Science has sufficiently established the laws of reality (for instance, physics, evolution theory and so on).
2. There is sufficient evidence that these laws are breached from time to time (for instance, the paranormal).

FFS imagine if all the characters in your game start walking in circles saying this is not real, this is not real, what a waste of time that game was right? FFS it's a game or a simulation or WTF else, but the purpose is to play it, live it, whatever, you are wasting your life/time pursuing this argument, no one gets out alive. Make some memories, maybe the only thing you can take with you.

I've been told by people that meditate and have supernatural senses - that this is indeed a simulation.

Also, ask yourself this - how do you know that anything beyond yourself exists? In other words, how do you know that the "people" you experience with your senses are actually beings, rather than programs? You have no direct experience of them, like you have direct experience of yourself.
