I lost 25 pounds in one month. There is legit help for guaranteed and sustained weight loss.
I’m almost 50. Blood work was basically showing me to be terminal. Everything through the roof, hypertension, pre-diabetic, etc. couldn’t fix it for the longest time. My diet wasn’t bad at all. No sugar or anything. But our food is poison. Here is how I fixed everything quickly.

All you have to is prevent insulin spikes. If you start thinking in terms of insulin spikes, which is the daily death shot designed to slowly kill you, you’ll naturally change how and what you eat.

Also you need to incorporate fiber into your diet. Not Metamucil poison or fiber that’s meant to be a laxative, but good quality soluable and insoluable fiber meant to be part of your daily intake. Fiber is crucial and cures many ailments on its own.

Anyway you need to find a 12 to 16 hour window where you eat nothing. Yes it’s intermittent fasting. But history will show us that intermittent fasting is, should be, and is supposed to be our most natural state of existence. 16 hours being the minimum period. Luckily it’s enough.

All you have to do is tough it out not eating until noon after you wake up. Have some fiber in the morning when you get hungry and it will stop the hunger and satiate you until lunch. After 3 days you’ll completely forget about breakfast. Then the weight will start coming off. You will see drastic results almost immediately and it will motivate you.

Incorporate some walking every day. Drink lots of water. And as you see results try to push back your lunch by an hour. If you can go long enough so that your lunch and dinner coincide then congratulations you’ve achieved OMAD. One Meal A Day. But you don’t have to stay there. 2 meals a day are fine as long as you don’t pig out. Limit processed poison and carbs.

Snacking it will be learned is the most destructive thing you can do to yourself. Snacking keeps your insulin levels floating high which causes basically all health problems from diabetes to cancer. Your body was meant to fast then feast. Not graze all damn day.

Anyway my blood came back perfect on this last round after just 6 weeks. My doctor was astonished and insulted because I ignored her advice and did what what I knew better. She’s a typical western medicine brainwashed demon and I’ll never go back to her. You do not need a doctor if you are intermittent fasting.

I get a high quality organic pre-biotic fiber off Amazon.

I forgot to mention take the fiber also 15 minutes before your meals. This is crucial. It will cause you to eat less and it will also suppress the insulin spike you get from eating.

The most important things you can do are fiber, no snacking at all, and do the 12 to 16 hour window of no eating. You can take your fiber though and also black coffee or tea.

Mostly good info OP. The "drink lots of water" part I will take issue with because you could flush out electrolytes. Its all relative for sure. I drink only water but not too much. You mention minerals in your second post, which these are a part of. Would suggest using "Real Salt" from Redmonds, potassium citrate and Magnesium citrate. They really helped me with this type of diet.

I don't know about 19 day fasts, but I do the 16 hour intermittent fastings, and they will make you feel great after getting accustomed to them. Will do a 3 day time to time.

Yes, cut out the processed garbage. Most people don't understand that in the time you spend going to a nasty fast food drive through, order, pick-up, then bring that nasty stuff home, you could have prepared a healthy meal.

OP very similar to the method I used this spring/summer.

Occasionally a banana in the morning, but then fresh raw celery and fresh raw unpeeled (well scrubbed) turmeric all day long til dinner, which is a
complete balanced meal.

Psyllium before bed.

I'm at about 174, was 190-200 fluctuating 4 months ago.

240 in 2003, still trying to figure out how I got that big!

I have lost 20 pounds in a month after finally stopping the inflammation causing dairy. Stopping dairy is incredible for diabetics too, so if you plateau but need to keep losing look at the dairy....


It took me years and years of joint, knee, back pain to realize it was the dairy causing inflammation causing the back pain etc.

True!

If you do a long term fast then you should put a little sea salt in your water for the minerals or electrolytes. It’ll fight the fatigue. Also take your normal supplements since most people are chronically deficient since our food supply is basically dead.

If you want to lose weight, 60 carbs per day. Vegetables are free - count as 0 carbs, as much as you want.

25 pounds in one month is extreme and probably wouldn't suit most people. Slow and gradual weight loss is best, eating less and less with time. Light snacking is ok. Water and vegetables are of no benefit. Meat is essential with small amounts of pastry or bread. Small portions. Works great for me

The ultimate goal after a couple months is to do a 19 day fast. That seems like a lot but people regularly do 30, 40, and 50 day fasts with the record being over a year. You don’t need food. You only need minerals and sunlight.

Anyway if you can work your way past the 19 day mark you will cure yourself of all problems. It’s proven in peer reviewed medical studies.

They probably pretend they are not able to eat, as they stuff cream cakes and sugar into their gullets. Or similar poisons.

They have already given up, and give no credence to nutrition.
If they did, they wouldn't have cancer or be obese.

There are terms for what you are describing: glycemic index and glycemic load. They are the key to understanding weight loss (and gain for athletes etc).

I used a punching bag (heavy bag) and worked my way up to a 12 round fight.

I made a playlist of 3 minute(ish) songs, each song was 1 round, between each song I would take a 1 minute break.

After two weeks the weight was coming off so fast I went to the doctor to make sure I wasn't sick.

I lost 60lbs in 45 days like that and I've kept the weight off since then.

Yep. I do IF 18/6 or 20/4. Also workout 3 days on and 1 day off rotation. Keep heart rate no higher than 135 bmp. I went from fasting blood sugars of 103-126 down to 82-95. No caffeine, lots of water, and pescatarian.

Weight loss is what I have to fight against. If you wanna lose weight get a manual labour job. I constantly have to eat more than I like in order to stay strong
