I wouldn’t risk it depending on your state and even then it’s risky, it shouldn’t be, but it is! You should have a right to defend yourself, family and property. Yet, more and more good guys go to prison because of communist judges! I have a concealed carry permit, I have never pulled my gun, nor have I had to brandish it, or even tell someone I’m armed! Stay calm and know you have the high ground!

Here the population knows how to identify a pair of criminals on a motorcycle, it's the attitude, the posture, you can identify it from afar.

But really, it sucks, I ride a motorcycle too and I would never ever take a friend along, as I would be mistaken for a pair of robbers.
