Our Tribal people in this area are very healthy and fertile. Our Holy Innocents cemetary has had usually one stillbirth or so a year, or none, usually. But last year I had to watch my dear niece and her husband bury their only child who died after birth of multiple problems...In the process, a c section left her unable to have other babies and she had a problem with clots.
