How can an agent not get down? He should know it gets confusing out there sometimes. Even if he was "higher" on what ever kind of chain of command they have... You just get down temporary till it gets sorted out... Then have a good chuckle... There is no after laughs from this...

The agent was trying to establish dominance while the police were trying to establish whats going on and who's who. The agent is basically saying I don't care about YOUR safety to the police. Or... I care more about my need to be dominant at the expense of you safety... how ever you want to look at it.
