At minimum, Taiwan is basically cut off from the outside world until the 7th or 8th.

One thing I think many people fail to understand is that even if this blockade only lasts 3 days it could disrupt the supply chain for weeks or months globally.

In normal times, probably not a big deal.

Now? With the supply chain already at the breaking point?

Every day past this initial 3 days massively increases the likelihood of the supply chain hitting a serious failure point.

The Chinese don't even have to attack.

They might in fact ALSO ATTACK at which point no matter what our reaction is things come screaming the fuck off the rails.

PELOSI has put us westerners in an utterly no win situation.

If this blockade does not end, we are fucked.

Judging by the lack of news coverage of the Taiwan situation right now though, it's looking pretty likely to be it.
