Help! Film name, where someone gets saved and 3 days later they start killing people?

There's a bible with an upside down 3 scratched on it, and they mistook it as an "E" until thy turned the bible upside down.

There's a women that nearly gets run over, but was saved at the last minute, and then is in the news 3 days after due to killing several people.

Then it starts becoming more common, a women playing a piano in a cafe jumps off the 1st floor.

Some guy's locked up in a psychiatric hospital too...
