Why do Muslims consider eating pork a bigger sin than drinking alcohol?

Pigs are closely linked to humanity, many parts interchangeable, it's closer to cannibalism than you realize.

Having been in several Muslim countries, you learn their religious work-arounds.

They may not drink, but they smoke crazy amounts of hash, and pop pills by the fistfull.

They won't eat pork, but they will bugger little boys and goats.

The reason most religions don’t eat pork and the reason you shouldn’t eat pork is due to parasites. Pork is full of parasites that can literally travel all over your body and feed. Most all unclean animals were deemed unclean because of parasites, parasites or demonic. It’s the real reason just like with sex…sex with multiple partners spread disease so it’s bad….

Parts are interchangeable because 'parts are parts'. I knew someone with a pigs aorta. He lived with it for more than 30 years.

I think they use them 'cause the size is close and they obviously have one. That said, 30 years is long so still not ideal.

I think you would need to be very selective to substantiate your claim.

You can get parasites from any food... It's not religion, it's not spirit... It's food safety... Most food is bad because of time and temperature abuse, and dirty humans who don't practice good food safety.

I think it depends on how zealous they are feeling at the moment.

A Muslim coworker once asked me in the cantina if the pasta sauce made from ground meat was pork. I said it's 80 % beef, and 20 % pork.

He considered it carefully for a second, then he said "20 % is OK!" and helped himself to a portion.

I had same question couple years ago and this is what I found:

Muslims wont admit but their religion seems to be copied from Hindu religion.

- Their daily/friday Prayer is a form of YOGA, taken from ancient hindu yoga. google and see the similarity

- Their holy place in Mecca where they perform rituals are same as a hindu person would perform while visiting a temple, for instance - take shower before going to temple, wear a single white clothe, offer water to the idol, perform circles around temple perimeter 7 times.

- In Hindu texts one of the Lord took Avatar was a Pig to save the earth.

but I found many muslims give reasoning to not eat pork is that Pigs do not sweat so they dont eat

some muslims do not eat onion and garlic which is also a hardcore hindu religion practice.
