There is also a condition of gynecomastia where biological males sometimes grow breasts due to hormonal imbalances.

These hospitals should also be helping single fathers (who are biological males) feed their babies by helping them lactate. All breasts/chests are created equally between men and women. Women just have bigger breasts... that's all.
