We are all under a spell one way or another.

You have to break the denial you may be in first. Know who your programmers are(parents, caregivers etc.) and accept it. Then, Use a pencil or dowel and position it so you can focus on it right in the middle of your eyesight, close, but not so as to cross your eyes. Focus on a point in the eraser, glitter nail polish works well here. You are training your mind to leave the system and PUSH BACK. This will take practice, but you must enter the system by backing into it. The system will fight you on this by all kinds of eyesight hallucinations. STAY focused on one point. As you start moving back wards the pencil will outline into purple haziness and it will grow longer. Try not to fear what is happening, it will stop you. if you cross your eyes, start over, also blinking will reset or slow the process. You will need to break at least one wall maybe two. and when you enter the system you will feel an incredible falling feeling that may make you throw up and you will need to begin again. Once in, stay as long as possible. Let you mind become aware of what has happened. If you haven't found the original trauma then find it and go experience it. Much like denial breaking, you can handle it. Once that trauma is processed, your mind will destroy the rest, integration will commence.
