Tamara Lich is finally free from jail again!

Was hoping someone else would have a thread because wanted to share a few frustating points over listening to this, but couldn't find any so will share what is my opinion and in case I make any legal errors.



Yesterday there seemed to be far too much accommodating the evil prosecutor.

I recall at one point the judge asked him if he thought she would do any serious time. 10 years was the maximum sentence but the judge asked him in Canada did he know of a case where someone charged with this mischief charge did close to that 10 year or even any time in the pen at all? And he said, he did know the answer to this.

Apparently its unheard of.


The prosecutor considers this to be an unheard of serious case, never before kind of case, where she masterminded the gridlock horror and shutdown of Ottawa.

Another thing yesterday was the prosecutor insisted on questioning Tamara Lich again, even though she had already given testimony possibly 3 times already, and her lawyer didn't want this. And brought up that it was already on record and the prosecutor was insisting they had new evidence.


This was really tricky snake stuff in my opinion. I wished Viva Frei had covered it, he said he probably would this afternoon but anyway. And maybe he still will.

But they went over different precedents set and court findings on whether or not this was appropriate, and finally the judge allowed it today.


Also another thing yesterday, the prosecutor was insisting that the judge see this as GUILTY UNTIL PROVEN INNOCENT, they had a term for it something to do with the word reverse.

And that was debated back and forth and it was very rare.

The prosecutor considers this Convoy unheard of rare horrific event.




So today he was restricted to bringing up new evidence to question her, and refused to disclose, which her lawyer wanted. The judge went along with it.


Turned out 3 things were brought up when she was on the stand. All about bail. Now her sister has some personal savings, not alot, retirement or suitable for their family goals and took a lifetime to save. I guess TRUDEAU WANTS TO SOMEHOW GET HIS MITTS ON ALL THEIR SAVINGS.


That prosecutor kept bringing up money.

And then a picture that was already discussed but some new slant he had on it.

I think just about everything was tossed. And I won't mention the other thing just in case that has something to do with the defense, but it was so obvious at the time.


Anyway this was the time the other guy stopped his account and felt he'd done something wrong.



But I suspected something very snakey and evil in the prosecutor.

Its like he was trying to fish out the defense's argument and somehow block it for their trial.

Now don't know that for sure but the judge did ask the defense if this was crossing this line.


So it was nothing new, just his slant and some agenda.


Any case she is out.

The real judge, truly an honorable intelligent justice oriented man, who I hope is blessed in all his decisions for life, just guided and blessed all the time by God.

He said, paraphrased, only the 2 JP, ie justices of the peace, thought the prosecutor had a case for something serious and that he sided with the 2 seasoned judges who thought the prosecutor would have a difficult time proving that.

That she had kept the rules very well except for one photo (the one with lawyers off camera). That she was not restricted to be talking about their case with the lawyers present, that wasn't a condition.

I want court cases televised for everyone. Its the only way to ensure people understand what is really happening in court, the tactics often used by various lawyers and in political cases by various prosecutors.

Push back and awareness would gradually overhaul the system.


But more than that, you get a pulse on the state your country is in.

So yesterday, and I couldn't blame him, the one live from the shed who got roped into 6 or more hours of this. Yeah it disrupted my plans yesterday, couldn't get to my tasks.

But, it wasn't boring, he didn't have a legal mind and its not a problem I'm just wanting legal minds on it.

I don't have one but have a strong interest.

In fact, me in court, contempt charges would follow, or I'd have to really really keep quiet because I am furious at corruption and would null and void it all.

But then there is the other side of me, who follows in depth every comment and exchange from lawyer/prosecutor, and judge, and the NUANCES of the case, because that is where the state of your nation lies.

I'm a populist and for the people. Is your nation under tyranny, under fair amount of power to the ruling class, or is it for the people and constitution and rule of law.

Its all in the details.

Is there grounds for hope that this will eventually end with tyranny ousted?!

Finally a legal mind after the event but still he will discuss it and this is really good.

What about Pat King? Is he still in jail?

No he was released a short while ago, days to a week ago I believe.

And the JP not seasoned judges, are the ones who keep them in jail, treating minor potential crimes, non violent, who are presumed innocent, and a right not to be detained in the charter, because they're less educated, less experienced and most likely political agents, and I believe Trudeau's government plans and implementing JP's all over the place to replace judges.

On bail two days now I think, ordered to leave Ottawa immediately. Next stop, Alberta

No, he removed his video's because he had made some legal error and wasn't allowed to say something, he might have named someone, he was just repeating word for word what he could hear.

The one with Viva a couple posts up that I gave. I was waiting impatiently, because yesterday Viva said he would cover this in the afternoon and people kept bringing him up in the live chat today that he would probably be on this afternoon.

Viva Frei, a lovely Canadian lawyer, too idealistic to be able to stand practicing law, he said in the past he would probably get contempt charges and yet less than me, let me tell ya! I get mad, or freeze up.

Anyway, so he took his family to Florida, fleeing Canada, not just because of the Lich bail issue, but also due to Quebec over riding parental rights to their children so that government can over ride parents, possibly on medical for example.

And now he and Barnes are in Florida, actually think Viva was driving for long hours today so he was taking notes and listening to the Lich case today.


I believe that Barnes and Viva may both move to Texas.

I would think it should be Tennessee, ie eastern Tennessee or I always thought north east Texas in the countryside, would be the best places in the US. Kind of like the Arkanssas and Ozark area of Missouri as well.

This is listening to someone trying to repeat poor audio that they can't hear half of because our country refuses to televise court cases.

And the prosecutor, brought up some kind of case law or examples yesterday as to why a reverse on charter rights, of innocent proven guilty.

I don't know and they didn't even flesh out clearly what those were.


BUT VIVA brought up in the video today that this was related to a repeat murderer.

That the prosecutor was holding Lich in the same category as a rare repeat murderer, who by the way, got his bail, at least Viva said.

I still don't know the case name.

Maybe we would if these cases were actually video taped like I want.

By the way, the false and dirty lies of the judge in Jone's case is also brought up. Yesterday as well.

So this was yesterdays, but not very much on Lich, but alot on Jones.

The bad jury selection. And not allowing him a defense at all.

Ignoring law, where if you actually want damages from someone, first of all it can't be a general statement but must specifically mention you by name, and then you would, if upset, ask the person for a retraction and apology, these are part of the law.

All have ignored in this case and any ability to defend, then the jury were chosen, and those that wouldn't give 100 million dollars or more for someone who hurt your feelings, but didn't name you, were excluded. And another question jury was asked, was if you thought media had given unfair coverage of Jones, and no one thoguht that. OK PASS. GOOD JURY. Opposite of any jury selection was just done.

Kangaroo witch hunt court.

The Jones case is very important too. Political hackjob judge, denying Jones all of his defense, he's just prejudged guilty.

And though he never targeted the so called victims, who don't seem to even be just family of the Sandy Hook but even cia or political jobs, and crimes have to be specific to a person, you can't do this in a general category of spouting your beliefs.

But never before has 75 million or more, in damages for hurt feelings or emotional distress, that the peopel never had for years, and never asked for a retraction, which is also law.

This case is about everyone's free speech and whether anyone or another not directly affected can sue for hundred million dollars, anyone who hurts their feelings.

A CTV reporter seems to have been gotten into a meelee with Lich supporters outside the court?

This is good to know, but I don't have twitter and every time someone posts a tweet, sometimes it plays but often the log in screen pops up and blocks my viewing. And I've been stubborn about refusing to sign up for censorship.

Sheila Gunn Reid apparently gave a very good accurate detailed account and maybe even how people could somehow listen in themselves. I really wanted to see this court case.

So anyone following Sheila would have gotten really good accounts of the case, and it would have been less frustrating to follow than what I spent hours doing today and yesterday.

the really gung ho prosecutor, donated 17000 to Trudeau and was auditioning for an appointment or position?!!!

CORRUPTION allowed in plain sight all the time in Canada.

A wonderful intelligent woman who believes in our Charter and Freedoms and who did what she could to give motivational talks and do some work on behalf of the Truckers Convoy and Freedom.

A true National Hero! (sentence nu. 2)

I hope she sues for false arrest and imprisonment.

Should be pinned, this forum always asks for people to do something, well, this Freedom Convoy lady did, to grave personal peril.

She will soon be seen as a national hero that had the guts to stand up when we were at the height of Covid madness and only weeks away from seeing forced vaccinations globally. the Canadian truckers were true hero’s and people have all ready forgotten just how fast mandates were dropped on a global scale because of their actions.

Now they are using a war to take freedoms away in the coming months and years.
