After the satanists killed Christ they ruled for centuries. Then a new civilization appeared (which Tartaria was part of) and spread light and knowledge (working with friendly Giants) throughout the realm. Eventually the satanists regrouped and managed to destroy this new civilization and then attempted to wipe all trace of them from history. The Giants left as they did not wish to partake in a Civil War between humans.
