OP is correct.

I know the perfect food. It is over 70% fat--and has been around since before Rome-empire days anyway.

I'm getting to be a real geezer--in age. 10 years ago, I looked better than those 10 years younger than me. I just chalked it up to luck--or bad habits by some others. Today, I look almost exactly the same--minus some hair. I mean it is getting crazy. I am mortal so know I will die, but I will be one good looking and healthy SOB when I move on.

BTW, the magical food must be eaten in very small quantities. I have some 2 or three times a day. Some people would consume what would be a week supply for me in one sitting--because they are stupid gluttons that will likely die from over consumption of the super food.

The OP is on the right track with this. Those that disagree, well, I glad about that too--as you dumbass sheeple won't be waiting air much longer--or as long as you could.

You may be right but there's a book called
Eat right for your type
It proposes that your blood type determines your ideal diet
Eg type O should eat a lot of meat
Type A should be predominantly vegetarian as they appeared much later, about 10k years ago when agriculture was prolific etc.
