Reading Judy Byington first thing daily does give me an up feeling, and today it really did. Listening to pretty music and I mean classical or whatever relaxing stuff the acupuncturist plays (I've done a 4-appointment dose to fix a knee my 80-lb dog smashed into) enhances the feel of happiness as well. But today was different, and very up morning so far! |
