we got sick the december right before the january US shutdown..
my taste and smell has not been the same since.
ive used ZINC and it did help to bring it back to roughly seventy five percent.

yesterday i was in a few stores smelling candles.
they ALL smelled bad.
cant decide if its still me or if they really DID smell bad.

my taste isnt working up to par yet.

but its all coming back...just very slowly.

Loss of taste and smell is a zinc deficiency, but you can’t just take zinc alone.

To absorb zinc you have to take quercetin and/or ivermectin to get it into your cells.

Take those and your former sense of taste will return.

20% remaining taste & smell since Covid in December of 2019. Nothing has helped. Nothing.

First time I had it, lost taste and smell but it returned gradually, with slightly off scent. The second time I got it I was just tired for a few days but now I cannot be anywhere near onion or garlic or even anything lightly seasoned with it. So pretty much only unadulterated meats with salt and pepper only for me for now. It's awful. The scent of things that have these ingredients for me is intense and like rotting metal is the best description I can give. Hope it resolves I don't eat much now.

For me (Unvaxxed) I never lost my sense of taste but have burnt tinge syndrome, basically feels like has been scolded with hot water. Going on 4 months now.
