If you watch The Great and Secret Show:

- Nasty Dave would run a calm script, then a needling routine after an hour, then a complement + kindness routine when I called him out on the rudeness. He lasted 7-8 cycles til I got annoyed and bored.

- Steve would run a cycle of trauma-bonding, future-faking, complements, under-the-radar insults, fake bro-talk.. etc etc. He lasted 3 years before it exploded into nothing.

- Sabrina ran a simple two-step:

1) Act-friendly
2) Go quiet / smear campaign.

She ran that cycle twice before I decided I'd got bored of it.

- Michael would run an act-friendly script, then a tantrum routine, then bully-boy emails on gmail, then a fake reconciliation.

- Vince would use backstabbing and other devious ticks, followed by a nice-guy cycle.

- Online, some people follow a four step cycle: nice-post, neutral-post, niggling-post, nasty-post cycle. That's getting old too.

Honestly... you guys are so tedious.

There are tons of people to meet this summer, why waste a second with any of you? I find every time I dump a narc, a new person comes along.

The above-mentioned routines, are all variants on the covert narc abuse cycle, which is documented in thousands of articles and vids.

This won't come to a head, BTW. No drama.
