When the trucks don't transport the chemicals to sanitize your water.....even if you do have a water source...it will quickly become contaminated without the clorine/clorox to disinfect it. The water company's only have just so much stock in reserve before they cannot filter and clean the lovely sewer water you now drink. Buy lots of stuff to stop diarrhea cause those parasites and amoeba's are going to get your gut.
