Why would they want an account that is not you, possibly trying to hack everyone on your 'friends list' and not care? Because! It makes facebook have many more people and makes their worth that much more. I recently had someone have this experience and looked up trying to help them when I discovered it's of no use. You'll NEVER get help from facebook on hacked accounts. Mostly the customer service is menu driven and the advice is a circle. All you can do is make a complaint in a text box and---THAT'S ALL YOU CAN DO!!! Ridiculous people put up with that and these companies get away with it!
