Why are all HP officials saying nada about the eyewitness (grandfather) who was directly interviewed early on by WGN9?
This eyewitness heard the shots and immediately saw a shooter at ground level, across the street, "crouching behind a stop sign." WTF?

Has that eyewitness interview been completely scrubbed?

There's always the possibility, because of the rapid sound of the gunshots, that they thought someone was setting off fireworks. So, their initial reaction was calmer than if they realized they were being shot at.

Actually the rapid fire sounds more like a rifle equipped with one of banned bump stock or binary trigger devices, due to the even cadence that's fast, but not fully automatic fast.
To me, this implies only one shooter. Then again, it may just be fast steady trigger action without any rate enhancement?


So, assuming the multiple smartphone recordings have all captured the one, single barrage of gunfire, I only hear one shooter, plus echo.

It's that first grandfather's eyewitness account that doesn't line up with the "official" shooter's location.
Once again, the narrative went fuckey right from the start here.

I counted 11 shots at the beginning of the video.. and it was probably in the middle of the first volley of shots?? Then there were 23 more shots in the second batch of shots. Any gun guys or gals out there recognize acoustically the kind of gun being fired? Not that it really matters.. but it might help police ID the shooter. I guess they could just ask the FBI…
