That's basic physics, you can't take out more than is coming in forever, only as long as there is enough volume stored. Beyond that volume then the system will shut down.

Yes. Tesla understood the mechanism here. The real energy in terms of magnitudes of energy comes in the sun's solar winds in the form of charged hydrogen ions.

Dinosaurs have never been proposed as the origin of oil. Fossil petroleum comes from plant matter like algae settling on the bottom of bodies of water and decaying.
