Try Milk of Magnesia. Take some off the inside cap that is a little bit thicker than what is in the bottle and dab it on. Leave it on as long as you can. Works for me every time. You might have to do it a few times.

I have heard coconut oil can also work, or hydrogen peroxide. But for me, Milk of Magnesia is what works. Good luck!
