Our family celebrates The Lord's Feasts: [link to www.grafted-promise.net] Fools and the dead don't change their minds. Fools won't and the dead can't. When you tear out a man's tongue, you are not proving him a liar. You are only telling the world that you fear what he might say. Many religionists do suffer severe anxiety. It is because they are taught that they need to put all their problems and all of their trust in God's hands, and all will be for the best. When things don't work out, there is a lot of stress, anger, and fear. Also, religionists seem to be more afraid of death than non-believers. What comes first--fear of dying or the need to seek solace in the promises of religion? Lastly, if religionists are honest with themselves, there are many reasons for them to question much of the dogma of their faith. This persistent doubt results in a perpetual feeling of unease about all aspects of their lives. Is all ground sinking sand? Just don't make anything up. |

For I bear them witness that they have a zeal for God, but not according to accurate knowledge. 3For because of not knowing the righteousness of God but seeking to establish their own, they did not subject themselves to the righteousness of God. 4For Christ is the end of the Law, so that everyone exercising faith may have righteousness. Yes to anxiety and even depression. I gain strenght from my love of Jesus and I am leaning on him heavily lately. My wife of 47 years had a stroke a month ago and times have been difficult for me. Because of your question, I know you are a kid with English as a second language. You asked, I answered honestly. |

Yes, they do if they forget to claim their peace that’s found in Jesus. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 79017563 Yes, even Elijah who had just killed the 450 prophets of Baal on Mt Carmel, came to fear for his life from Jezebel right afterword. If, big if, we keep our focus on how short this life is, a mere vapor, compared to the vastness of eternity, it is easier to keep things in perspective, but we fall short in that sometimes. |

A fine expression, here's how the Teacher expressed that: So never be anxious and say, ‘What are we to eat?’ or, ‘What are we to drink?’ or, ‘What are we to wear?’ 32 For all these are the things the nations are eagerly pursuing. Your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things Mt6:31 |
