SCOTUS tells lower courts to shove it and rethink decisions on magazine bans and assault weapon bans...must now rule based on recent 2A victory. Cases that were on hold and SCOTUS vacated the original lower court decisions: 1) California magazine ban case sent back 2) New Jersey magazing ban case sent back 3) Maryland assault weapons ban case sent back 4) Hawaii open carry case sent back Cases that will be addressed in next SCOTUS session: 1) 2 cases related to bump stocks Also, EPA decision will affect existing cases where the ATF is being sued for overreach with regard to pistol braces etc... Time to limit the feds abuse of 2A rights We The People are given the authority to overthrow a corrupted government. If these abc fiat organizations have 'no limits' it's our fault.
