Jesus Christ is within. The Christ consciousness is something everyone can, in theory, obtain however due to the current circumstances of birth and contracts and principalities that we've all signed off on and placed in charge of civilization...very, very few will ever obtain it in this lifetime.

This is nothing to be ashamed of. The intent and perspective of your heart will guide you to the destination of your choice. More lessons? No problem. Ticket out to something better where more progress is possible? You got it!

but what should really open your eyes to the nature of the "god" you worship, is the fact that "god" couldn't prevent the drought, that drove Abraham off of the land that "god gave him" - that drought revealed that this "god" was not the Creator (of heaven and earth) because he could not control NATURE ... apparently, he couldn't make it rain even with all of his "advanced technology" LOL

Abraham did not just flee the land that god gave him, he abandoned it completely - settling his family in Goshen, that the Pharoah gave him - thanks to his last son's dreams that saved Egypt from famine ... he certainly could have returned, but he didn't ... because the land that Pharoah gave him, was far better than the land "god" gave him (go figure)

you may want to ask yourself why Abraham never returned
or why god didn't give Moses a place for "the chosen" to live - or why he commanded Moses to genocide the nations in his path to the land that Abraham abandoned - men, women, children, and their pets and livestock - all slaughtered by the heartless army of 625,000 that Moses trained taking instructions from the "god of Abraham" (even though only a third of the "chosen ones" were even his descendants)

I'll tell you why you don't question the Bible - it is because you are afraid of Lucifer, who "god" created to enforce his Commandments - and gave exceptions for Murder, if it was done "for his name's sake" ... ignoring the Supreme Law of the Universe

the truth is, you fear Lucifer, more than you love our Creator, who gave us Free Will - and doesn't punish us when we make bad choices - because he knows you will eventually figure out how you have been deceived ... and come to realize your full potential - because HE created you - and he doesn't make mistakes - Humanity's Destiny is secure - no one will be "lost" or "damned" - but it will take some longer to release their dependency on "gods" and rightfully give the glory to Our Creator - not some self-serving "god"

yes... many have tried to reveal how Ancient mythology is interwoven into our Religions - long, long before the New Age revelations revealed a deeper understanding of "in-lighten-ment"

Both your own faith and the evaluation of other world religions are not based in reality.

If you were aware of the difference (and the unity) between flesh (body, mind, thinking, believing) and spirit (soul, awareness), then you would not only realize what the true message of Jesus is, but you would also be able to realize that the message has often been conveyed word for word in sacred texts of other teachings.

Then it will also become clear that the Bible is picking you up as a human being to show you your true being as soul. Exactly the same happens in other religions, but with other means.

The 'I and my father are one', is the same in all world religions, e.g. as Atman and Brahman are one.
