I'll be celebrating MY independence! I'd like to save the country, but I can only save myself. I'll live my life as I always have, shunning society. Sadly, that's not the way to find a wife, since very few women can disconnect from the hive.

I'll be working on my stuff on the weekend, and spend time with family on Independence Day. I'll pray for a miracle to get our country back, but I won't lose sleep that day. I may help a family member repair his bathroom.

I am going to celebrate my parents, grandparents, and those who served their country more than they served themselves.

I'm going to celebrate a living GOD who serves as a parent, not as a friend, so that his children may learn and grow knowledgeable of his way and the ways of his Kingdom.

I am going to celebrate finally accepting that I still walk the Earth by the grace of GOD's love, not understanding how he does the magic miracles by which I still live, but understanding that there is a reason which will eventually make itself known.

Fireworks. I did for the first time get a great job with bennies. Even dental. I think most people will be celebrating their day off from work. But it makes no sense to celebrate it as Independence Day as nothing is independent about the U.S. anymore.
