I have not had a cold or flu since I stopped eating wheat 10 years ago. Then, early February 2020 I was on Maui and not living with anybody or going near anybody, I bought a bag of "gluten free" cookies made by conagra or one of the big agro conglomerates and ate the entire bag in the car. I am 6ft 200lb of low fat muscle, so this was not a big deal. I always do this Pamela's gluten free, but that day they were out of them.

2 hours later I got hit with the worst flu I could ever remember and I used to get whoppers when I was a kid. Lasted an entire week where I didn't get out of bed.


They are putting poison in the grain supply. You gotta listen to me on this one. Been saying it here for 2 years.
