Isn't it time to put up cameras for maybe 3 miles in each direction from the intersection and the train engineer could see these intersections on a monitor screen to know what is happening. it's pretty stupid to pull up to an intersection on a speeding train doing 90mph and have to rely on how well the engineer sees and hears. I once saw a train hit a flat bed truck and knock it out of the way like it was a tinker toy. it didn't do anything to the train. Of course the train I saw was only doing maybe 25 or 30 mph and not 90. The driver was running toward the train maybe 100 ft from the intersection, waving his arms to stop the train. LMAO. I don't know if the engineer even saw him. I don't have the time or the crayons to explain this to you. Slake Blake |

It takes miles to stop a train at that speed. . |
