I often wonder myself if it was worth it.

I suppose what I fall back on is knowledge and wisdom is about the only thing you MIGHT possibly be able to take from this life to the next so it's not a bad thing to want to devote your life to gaining that one thing you might take with you.

On the other hand... I'd ask the question the other way...

Has red pilling yourself actually lead to success in your life?

I think the fact most would answer "no" is why most people tend to stay on the path of ignorance. If being red pilled meant you'd get rich then everyone would do it - the issue is it typically means the exact opposite. Most of the red pilled folks I know in reality, myself including, make enough money to get by but they never really find a way to escape the game.

It's hard to really care about money when you see society for what it is and realize how fruitless the venture really is.

My dad slaved for money his entire life... got boat loads of it by the end and got to retire at 55 but now he's 60 and has absolutely no idea what to do with himself so what does he do? He goes back to work. That's the trap i'd like to avoid personally. So many boomers made work their life and forgot everything else. There has to be some balance to being successful and knowing the truth that many of us have not found.

I think if the alt-media would stay focused on how to profit from the knowledge we gain then we'd gain a lot, lot, more followers. Mostly people see us as crazy because our knowledge has not lead to financial gain.

And in our society, like it or not, you are measured by your financial status and not much else.

This is why most alt-media people just sell out in the end. Most of them don't really know how to make money other than to sell you stuff. If the alt-media would focus on how to fight back with the capital we have - kinda like wall st. bets - then we could actually be a force.

Right now the red pilled are just a giant herd of cats that no one can lead...

I can’t say I was born red pilled, but it also wasn’t a single event or time. I’ve always thought logically. I’ve always been skeptical. But my mom is a conspiracy theorist too, so I did grow up this way. I don’t know what’s happened to her lately. She’s double vaxxed.

This was true for me too. But would always run into these year long ‘dark night of the soul ‘ episodes, which I couldn’t quite reconcile. Then I started going down rabbit holes and learning about our enemy. I’m not happy, but at least I have purpose

The spouse and I were red pilled way back in the late 80's listening to so may awake hosts on shortwave radio, Bill Cooper, Iron Mountain, Art Bell / C2CAM / DreamLand, RUSH Limbaugh, Neil Bortz, Michael Savage... the TRUTH was being released, we were being warned and it was up to us to QUESTION everything.

I am glad I was awakened, Ruby Ridge (1992), Waco (1993),... 9-11,, so much never added up and DEMANDED that you question the narrative being pushed.

The Cooper book, "Behold a Pale Horse" was a real eye opener, knocked my socks off. As I said, it was all being exposed, IF you would but seek to find the TRUTH / opposing narrative...

Personally, I didn't realize just how mean, corrupt and rotten people of the cultural-political left really were and are.

Although I've heard warnings about "leftys" for years, I still didn't fully realize until just the past 5 to 10 years just how bad they truly are.

The left really is way more non-compassionate and dark-hearted than what I was told about them in the past.

20+ years (late 90's) from swallowing the "Red" pill and climbing down into the "Rabbit Hole" and I don't regret a thing at all!!!! The progression has been very systematic to now, started w/typing into the browser of a 486 machine ran on a 56k dial-up connection the "Federal Reserve"!!!!! My personal statement is: "Everything is an illusion until you prove otherwise".

Jeebus, what a roller coaster! I questioned things as a kid because I was encouraged to do so, until a certain religion came along. Stopped me dead in my tracks.

Took me 20 years to get back to the old me. The inquisitive me. Yet, having answers handed to me in a book was eeeeeasy. Yet unsatisfying.

It took deaths, loss, and pain to get me back on track. Funny how easily swayed some of us are. I think it's to do with the pain we all have to deal with. Isn't it easier to bury our heads in the sand, and not deal with the questions?

Then, the ol conscience kicks in. I think most of us fall back or fall off the horse, only to get back on again. Sorrows be dammed.
