Obviously he wasn't satisfied just killing off the African children

Good for INDIA< I hope there are more nations that come to their senses. Just because these men have wealth does not make them above the law and most of all does not make them medical professionals. Although I have lost most faith in medical professionals by now for not standing up or speaking out, except for a few.
