The reality is that the rise is simply reflecting the debasement of the currency units in which it is being measured. This is being seeing all over the Western world where money printing has been accelerating since 2001. It is also why prices are rising now in consumer goods - the rise in prices is just the inverse of the debasement of the currency. |

Easier to buy a house. Now it's hard to find a good paying job and impossible to buy a house. In some cities, like Toronto, it's impossible to even rent an apartment since rent for a 1 bedroom is more than a minimum wage income. Inflation has really increased in the last 10 years especially. |

Money doesn't work by things getting more expensive all the time. That is not how money is suppose to operate. God people are stupid. After 1913, the banksters sold us the bullshit that "a little inflation is a GOOD thing." It isn't. It is slow, incremental theft of the wealth of the productive classes. Back in the day, before fiat banksterism, most countries operated on a gold, or gold/silver standard. The money WAS the common currency (along with copper, of course) and it not only kept its purchasing power, but actually benefited from gradual DEFLATION (thereby INCREASING its purchasing power over the decades.) |

And I apologise...I didn’t help this, (in fact, I encouraged this) although....lots of australians made lots of money...so I’m not really sorry.... the problem tonight, is 87 000 empty properties in Queensland alone.... This is unacceptable. |

They have grown and moved out. Due to the tax increases I would be paying too much per month to ever retire. So I am demoing a nice home just to be able to get by and not have to sell the land. Our forefathers never intended for the country to be this way. |

It’s because interest rates were suppressed and the Fed was still purchasing mortgage backed securities up until a few months ago. That’s over. Now you are going to see the mother of all asset price deflations. That 2million home will be back under 200k in a year. |
