Yaldabaoth isn't involved much in the operations of the material matrix anymore. His begotten aspect, IAO has taken control of the throne after Yaldabaoth was sealed away. IAO is worse than his father, a tyrant king that thirsts for nothing less than absolute authority. Yaldabaoth is going through an evolution in his thinking and beginning to lament his decisions for the first time. Not all archons are adversaries and some will listen to reason.
