Meteor video from the 80s
I've searched YouTube and the net for months looking for this one video of a meteor burning across the sky. It was on "In Search Of" I think. It was taken in the 80s. It showed a mile wide meteor going about 45,000mph across the sky. It did not impact.

I don't know this video would be scrubbed from the net. But I can't find it. Can you?

It never hit the Earth, because it came in at such an angle that it skipped like a stone on water, right back out into space.

Man, that thing got CLOSE! It cut right through a cloud that couldn't be much higher than 1500 feet up.

Oh no Mandella effect? I can remember it traveling right to left on the video, maybe just shot memory.
