I think age appearance is also heavily related to genes. too much refined fats will take a toll on your gall bladder too. even ‘virgin’ coconut oil is still processed


long story short, don’t trick yourself into thinking a few diet choices make you look younger. you are a victim of chance, sadly 99% of life is. you can do everything right, and end up poor/broken. you can do everything wrong, and be a billionaire sex icon. the choice isn’t yours!
