Yes, it's true that the cosmonaut on the left side is a big boy. What can I say, Russian military guys they tend to launch can sometimes be real bruisers. On the right side though and perhaps more interestingly, are space tourists on AX-1, a privately funded mission to the space station. You are correct that they are not all in peak physical shape, that's to be expected with a private crew that is paying to fly to the space station.
