Yeah, I would pick up the phone before it rang and freak people out. Also answer the door before people knocked.

I think a lot of people of all ages used to know when the phone was going to ring on landlines. It never happens with cell phones in fact it seems like the opposite always a shock when cell phone rings.

If you were born with the gifts, you could be in for quite a shock later in life.
As you get old, it gets stronger again, much stronger, at least that is how it worked for me.
Religious repression, logical ideals of sanity - does not compute = denial - conscious mind can repress it, make you oblivious, block it out, make excuses, dismiss it when it does happen. I learned they call that cognitive dissonance.

Also be aware of falsely attributing natural ESP abilities to supernatural forces, the beyond or conjured mystic ritual new age space cult mentality bull shit. Forget everything you think you know and what you have heard. Keep an open mind but not so open your brains fall out LOL.

I think a clean mind and wellbeing free of deceptions and malice allows the gifts to flourish more and put to better use.
