All polls must be watched by both sides. All ballots that are incorrect must be challenged.
Any polling station who kicks out one side or the other needs to be mobbed by the citizens of both parties and set straight.
2 party system....2 parties poll watching.
Try to eliminate the poll watchers again and the polling stations doing it will be terminated.
