Just found out my mom was the victim of remote neural monitoring and voice to skull while living on base

Was driving my mom around today to run errands when I began complaining to her that I’ve had a constant headache all day today. We talked about it being due to caffeine withdraw, I’d skipped the coffee this morning. Also my period started today and I always get a pretty bad headache and nausea on the first day.

She then went into this story from a long time ago that she said she felt embarrassed even admitting out loud. I encouraged her to go ahead with it. Here it goes:

My parents were living on various army bases in Texas and Oklahoma throughout the late 1970’s. My brother and I were both conceived and born on these bases.

She said it started when she was pregnant with my older brother. This would have been 1977-1978. I won’t say what installation it was. Fort Something. She said she began hearing curse words projected into her mind. She said she was sure they were coming from outside of herself. They sounded like background sounds of someone cursing someone out. “You god damn son of a bitch.” Etc. She felt embarrassed to tell anyone, so she kept it to herself the whole entire pregnancy and didn’t even tell my dad. It continued after giving birth and all the way up until her 6th month of pregnancy with me. I’m a year and a half younger than him.

She said that whenever she was six months pregnant with me, there was a string of several days where she had a headache that would not end. My dad had to go away for some kind of training for a week. She would normally wake up with him in the morning, make him coffee, and drink a tiny bit out of the pot that was left over. She realized once he was gone and she was no longer making the coffee, her headaches had come. Anyway, before it occurred to her that she was addicted to caffeine, she let the on-base Army Hospital in Texas know what was going on with the headaches. No one cared or did anything. One night, she was lying in bed meditating and trying to clear her mind in order to make the headache go away. She said that when she felt herself completely still and calm, she heard a creepy male voice that sounded like it was in the room with her say, “We’re going in now.”
She said it felt very intrusive, like they were trying to gain access to her mind. She leapt out of bed thinking it was some kind of demon possession and began praying. After that, the cursing male voices stopped and never returned.

Has anyone heard anything like this before? I’m encouraging her to talk about it more, to try to remember any details. I let her know that it was likely some kind of experimentation being done on her and that this was and is common with military families specifically. I let her know about remote neural monitoring and voice to skull technology. She said she didnt know what to do so she turned to Jesus.
