GLP, can you help? I will listen to everyone.

Hi all,
I hope that you can help me. I don't really have time for this, it is really an inconvenient time.
Let me explain.
My father has been on hospice. My parent live 3 hours away. For the past 4 months we have been going almost everyday AFTER work, which means we would get home after midnight. The stress, the emotions, the worry, the travel, the no sleep caught me after he died. The travel hasn't stopped because it breaks my heart to leave my mother all alone.
On Sunday night, I was up with what I thought was allergy post nasal drip, but when I woke up, forgive me for grossing you out...copious amounts of thick green mucus in my nose and throat. (Honestly, it could be in my eyes, too!) It is not in my chest and I hope to get rid of it before it does. I took sudafed, mullein which I think helped most for a little bit, I have been irrigating my ears with hydrogen peroxide and mullein, I even tried to get some in my sinuses. I have been dripping mullein in my throat where I cough it up from.
I took a covid test negative. This isn't an allergy because yesterday my entire body hurt, including my skin. The mucus monster is trying to kill me.
During ordinary times I would see my PCP, she would put me on something and it may take months to clear up. That route isn't an option right now. I have important obligations. My mom needs to go to the funeral parlor tomorrow, and she has asked me to go with her and of course I will. We have things to plan. I know we all say that we don't have time for things, but in this case right now, for me, I don't have time.
I just read an old archived thread and tried honey and cinnamon. It may have helped a tiny bit. I just got out some of my super enzymes Lumbrokinase and Serrapetase, and D3. I will take them after I let the honey and cinnamon do what it is going to do.
Do you have any miracle fast cures? I don't smoke or even have dairy.
