Now the tricky part is going to be exiting the Twitter deal without having to pay the $1B exit fee.  No fee if twitter was misrepresenting the number of real human users. If the company is not worth what Musk has offered because of their artificially (bots) inflated userbase, that is his way out. The tricky thing is he would have to prove in court that Twitter intentionally mislead the public regarding the number of Bots.
